At PowerJeweller we understand that Terms & Conditions can be confusing and intimidating, which is why we have made our Terms & Conditions as friendly, informative and as painless as possible.

It has always been our policy at PowerJeweller to treat our customers exactly how we like to be treated ourselves. We hope, therefore, that you will find the following Terms & Conditions fair and also informative with regards to how we treat you, our customer.


1. About the Company

This is the official website of PowerJeweller, the wholesale online shop of Mochishop Ltd. Mochishop Ltd is a registered company (Companies House #5916477) and our registered address is Mochishop Ltd, 211 Eastcombe Avenue, London, SE7 7LJ, United Kingdom.

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure that our products are accurately described by both text and photograph. Please note, however, that images and colours shown are as accurate as Internet technology allows and will vary according to the settings on your individual computer.

We reserve the right to alter descriptions and photographs from time to time. You will be informed if any of these changes affect any product you have ordered.

3. Ordering

By ordering goods, you are agreeing to pay us the full amount for the goods. Our obligation to send the goods to you begins when we receive your payment in full.

In most cases your goods will be sent within 1 to 5 working days of ordering. However, in exceptional circumstances we may cancel an order and return payment if we have good reason, or if we suspect an order may be fraudulent or otherwise illegal.

All orders are subject to availability and clearance of your payment.

4. Payment

(i) UK customers

You can make on-line or telephone payments using major credit and debit cards. You also have the option of making an on-line payment with Paypal or Google Checkout.

We also accept bank transfers, cheques and postal orders.

All payments must be made in Great British Pounds.

(ii) International (non-UK) customers

You can make on-line or telephone payments using major credit and debit cards. You also have the option of making an on-line payment with Paypal or Google Checkout.

5. VAT

All prices are currently exclusive of VAT. We are not, at present, VAT registered so our VAT rate is set at 0%.

6. Security

Whenever you make an electronic payment (i.e., checkout) on our website, your data is encrypted by a 128Kbit Secure Server. You can identify a secure checkout by either a padlock icon in the bottom right corner of your browser and by the https:// in the address bar. The ‘s’ in https denotes that the web page you are using is secure.

7. Data & Privacy

When you place an order with us, you will need provide us with information (such as your name, address etc.) so that we can dispatch your order to you, contact you etc. We take protection of your privacy and data seriously and will not pass on your details to any third party.

If ever you send us paper documentation with your name and address on it (for example an envelope with your address on the back), we will shred your personal information for extra reassurance.

8. Supply

We aim to dispatch your item to you as soon as possible. Most of our products are nearly always available for dispatch between one to five working days of your payment. If, for some reason, there will be a delay with your order we will write to inform you. Likewise, you are welcome to contact us whenever you need to check the status of an order.

9. Delivery

(i) Deliveries in the UK

Within the UK we usually use Royal Mail or DHL as our mail courier. Go here to see our current P&P charges.

Kindly note that delivery time will depend upon the performance of the mail courier and it is something over which we have no influence.

When your order arrives, you may be asked to sign for the delivery and this will be used as proof of delivery. Please ensure that the address you give us for delivery is secure and that you, or someone on your behalf, are available to sign for the delivery.

If someone without authority signs for the purchase, it will not be the responsibility of PowerJeweller.

(ii) Deliveries outside of the UK

When you checkout with a shipping address outside of the UK, you will be charged at our international delivery rate. Go here to see our current P&P charges.

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Please note that the purchaser or recipient - not PowerJeweller - shall be responsible for paying import charges where applicable. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Delivery time will depend upon the performance of your territory's mail courier. Please contact your territory's local courier in the first instance as they will be more knowledgeable about their own delivery targets.

Kindly note that we have no influence over a mail courier's delivery time.

When your order arrives, you may be asked to sign for the delivery and this will be used as proof of delivery. Please ensure that the address you give us for delivery is secure and that you, or someone on your behalf, are available to sign for the delivery.

10. Returns

In the unlikely event of goods being faulty, damaged in transit or unsatisfactory, we can accept returns for 14 days after the date of purchase (21 days for overseas purchases). Please note that earrings cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Before returning faulty or damaged items to us, please contact us before sending the return(s) so that we can advise you of the appropriate steps to take.

Please note that in some cases, where we suspect an item has been damaged in transit, we may ask you to retain the damaged item for inspection by couriers.

If you decide to return an item, please return it with all its original packaging.

Upon receipt of the returned item we will either issue a refund, an exchange or a credit note.

A refund constitutes the invoice amount minus postage & packaging costs where P&P is charged.

Where P&P is not charged, the refund amount shall be the product cost minus the true P&P.

Where a refund is issued, we aim to make the refund within thirty days. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment or by cheque.  NB. Refunds may take 20 days to appear in your bank record.

Please note that all jewellery returned will be checked by our experts to ascertain the nature of the fault/damage, to ensure that the fault/damage was sustained prior to you receiving it.

We cannot be responsible for items which are lost on their return to us so please be sure to retain your proof of posting.

Please ensure items are returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund (subject to the conditions above).

11. Product Care and Servicing

If you require an alteration to an item, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

If you wish to discuss the care and maintenance of your PowerJeweller products, please contact contact us.

12. Complaints

We believe that communication is vital for a successful transaction. If ever you have cause for complaint we encourage you to contact us. Your complaint will always be dealt with courtesy and understanding.

A calm, polite conversation is the best way to sort out any problems that may arise. We are here to work with and help you.

We may email or call you to keep you updated about your order (for example, if we learn of a delay to your order). However, under no circumstances, will we send you unsolicited advertisements or any other sort of ‘spam’.

We take protection of your privacy and data seriously and will not pass on your contact details (or any other information about you) to any third party.

When you sign up for our newsletter service, you are issuing consent to PowerJeweller for us to occassionally email you with news and offers about PowerJeweller's jewellery and accessories.

We have the right to periodically alter the content of our website and the prices of our products on the website. We may remove products from our website at any time.

16. Our rights – Intellectual Property and copyright

While you are using our website, you will be surrounded by textual and graphical information. All such information contained within the website (www.powerjeweller.com , www.powerjeweller.co.uk , www.powerjeweler.com , www.powerjeweler.co.uk ) is the intellectual property of Mochishop Ltd and is protected under copyright law.

This includes all graphics, photographs, texts and source codes. It is illegal to use our intellectual property without our permission.

All PowerJeweller products and product designs are protected under copyright laws. We reserve all of our rights with regards to our trade marks, copyrights and designs. Copying of any product in any form will be a violation of our intellectual property rights and is strictly prohibited.

If you are aware of any person or company using any of our information or designs, we rely on good people such as yourself to keep us informed.

19. Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to meet our obligations of these terms & conditions if the delay or failure is due to any cause that is beyond our reasonable control.

This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
